We moved to Austin from Washington DC and we are so thankful that we used Shay.  She went above and beyond what other real estate agents would do with finding our house.  Since we were moving from out of state and couldn't look at a house right away, we would look online and if we saw a house that we liked Shay would look at the house within an hour.  Shay always answered her phone and gave us so much time.  She gave us names of mortgage brokers, but never made us feel like we had to call them.  Shay is so friendly and really offers her opinion when asked.  She was never pushy with a house and gave us a lot of time.   I would HIGHLY recommend Shay as a real estate agent for anywhere in Austin.
